I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with any activities that I may participate in related to this event, and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself my guest, and (if applicable) my minor child, and hereby release and discharge International Group Sales, Inc. and any other event/activity sponsors, or their respective parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the facilities or from any activities arranged by International Group Sales, Inc., and the event/activity sponsors, whether caused by the negligence of myself, International Group Sales, Inc. or other third parties providing services in connection with the event. Furthermore, by applying and attending, I am acknowledging and agreeing to the terms, with the full understanding that this liability release applies to all related participants on this registration, including guests.
I understand the hazards of the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and am familiar with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) guidelines regarding COVID-19. I attest that I will not attend if I am experiencing any symptoms of illness such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath. If I develop these symptoms, I agree that I will cancel my reservation before arriving to any fam trip, as far in advance as possible. I am aware that I must follow the safety and hygiene protocols that have been implemented by the Releasees and that are posted onsite for my review. Furthermore, by clicking "I Agree" I am acknowledging and agreeing to the Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & COVID-19 Agreement, with the full understanding that this liability release applies to all related participants on this registration, including guests.
