Meet Jose (also known as Pepe to those closest to him) at an IGS hosted event, and you will understand why he is considered a powerhouse in the travel industry. He has dedicated his life to the industry, spending 57 years crafting travel experiences for clients around the world. Before founding IGS in 2001, Jose spent 25 years working with Fiesta Americana Hotels.

 

His goal has always been to search for the best in everything, both personally and professionally. Jose puts this ideal to work every day at IGS where clients count on his professionalism, experience, and drive to match their programs with precisely the right destinations. Jose has a knack for uncovering new destinations and is often at the leading edge when it comes to discovering the best new resorts. Over the last 15 years, his company has successfully operated more than 1,000 programs.

 

Jose shares his passion for life with his wife of 42 years, Martha, his son Eddy, and daughter Norma. Over the years, the family has made their home in Mexico City, Aguascalientes, Mazatlan, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, New York, Connecticut, and Texas. In his free time, Jose enjoys his dogs, painting (especially murals), and soccer. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.
