Norma is committed to providing consistently fast, detailed, honest and thorough responses to her clients. She travels extensively to stay up to date on popular destinations and to discover the best up and coming properties and resorts. She has been lucky enough to spend time living in exotic locations like Mexico and Japan and appreciates that these experiences are essential to better understanding her clients' needs and staying aware of new trends in the competitive tourism and hotel industry.
Upon obtaining a degree in Advertising from Texas Tech in 2003, Norma joined the IGS team to focus on growing the business alongside her father, incentive industry icon, Jose "Pepe" Villela. At work, she is recognized for her attention to detail and her ability to match groups to the perfect property, taking into account the group’s personality, needs, previous experiences, and budgets. Norma's nearly two decades of experience and intimate knowledge of all the destinations IGS offers allows her to respond quickly, even to unexpected changes, and find solutions to make both clients and service providers happy.
Outside of work, Norma’s greatest passion is her family. She and her husband, Paul, have two daughters, Adriana and Penelope. They all live in Dallas, Texas with their dog (and the token IGS mascot), Bilroy Murray Alberico.
