Each year, Expansión Magazine publishes a special edition, titled Súper Empresas — an annual ranking of companies to recognize businesses that apply unique tactics in fostering effective employee development and positive wellbeing. Impressively, AMResorts has risen 14 rankings compared to last year to currently be placed at 109 out of the 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico.
Within the 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico, companies are also ranked by company size overall and then by specific industries. Within the Top Companies with more than 3,000 employees, AMResorts was ranked number 8. Furthermore, within this category of more than 3,000 employees, focusing on the hospitality and tourism industry, AMResorts ranked first place.
Over the past 13 years, this prestigious ranking has recognized companies that shine for their business practices in Mexico, following a thorough evaluation of their policies, practices and procedures that aim to improve leadership and communication. Leaders of the recognized companies are actively involved from the beginning, striving for continuous improvement and remaining conscious of the impact on the quality of their services or products. The Súper Empresa distinction also considers the current environment of Mexico’s corporate world by assessing an organization’s corporate culture.
