"We chose Casa Velas as a preferred boutique style resort for our smaller Media client, and we did not go wrong! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and the proximity to the beautiful downtown made it easy to get out and explore. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The service, around the clock, was exceptional as well and we would definitely use this property for future group incentives.
We had a wonderful experience even though we had the unfortunate event of having one of our guests test positive for Covid. Long story short, they were treated like royalty during their isolation time and the team at the hotel worked with us and them daily and stayed in communication throughout their extended stay. They even had a special celebration dinner for them with champagne and wine on their last night before returning home. I will recommend this resort and this exceptional partner to my colleagues!"
