Meet Norma
Born in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and the daughter of a powerhouse in the travel industry, Norma began learning the corporate travel business at a young age. A destination and cultural expert, Norma has a knack for matching groups to the perfect property. Her deep personal connections with hotel owners and management allow the entire IGS team to deliver a greater value and experience to the groups we serve.
Norma travels extensively to stay current on trends in the industry and to discover the best new destinations and properties for IGS clients. She has been lucky enough to spend time living in exotic locations like Mexico and Japan and uses those experiences to better understand her clients' needs.
Norma became President of IGS in 2016 and is proud to lead a diverse team that is made up of nearly 75% women. An endlessly supportive mentor, Norma serves as a trusted advisor to her teammates and is always willing to lend her expert knowledge and opinions.
When asked about working for Norma, Ashley Mireles, Sales Manager for the Southwest Region, said,
