Sen Lin Restaurant at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit has been honored with the American Automobile Association (AAA) Four Diamond Award. The new Asian-inspired restaurant complements the AAA Five Diamond resort's other gourmet restaurants, serving French, Italian and Mexican gourmet cuisine, also distinguished as AAA Four Diamonds for distinguished cuisine and presentation. Under the culinary direction of Chef Wayu "Light" Wattanakamin, Corporate Chef of Sen Lin Restaurantsat Grand Velas, the new menu balances modern and ancient cuisine that plays on new textures and original presentations with the traditional ingredients.

Each year AAA reviews nearly 32,000 restaurants. Only 2.1 percent make the AAA Four Diamond list. AAA Diamond Ratings for restaurants represent a combination of the overall food, service, décor and ambiance offered by the establishment. The descriptive ratings are assigned exclusively to establishments that meet and uphold AAA's rigorous approval standards. A Four Diamond restaurant provides distinctive fine dining, creatively prepared, and skillfully served, amid upscale ambience.
